2008 Outing Policies

Availability

·        Monday thru Friday-Shotgun Start anytime between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm

·        Saturday and Sunday-Shotgun Start 2:00 pm only unless you have over 72 players.

·        No outings on Holiday or Holiday Weekends

Pricing

·        Monday thru Friday $25.00 per person

·        Saturday and Sunday 100 players or less $30.00

·        Saturday and Sunday over 100 players $35.00

·        All outings will require a $200.00 deposit.

Notification of Field Size and Players

·        The list of players and guarantee of field size must be faxed, mailed, or emailed to the BCC no later than 48 hours in advance for outings taking place

on Mondays thru Friday and no later than Monday before, for outings taking place on weekends.

·        The company or organization hosting the outing will be responsible for all guaranteed tee-times.

Food and Beverage

·        All snacks and beverages must be purchased through the BCC.

·        No alcohol is permitted to be brought in during an outing.
